Why did you choose a career in the mortgage industry?
Like many, it sort of fell into my lap, but I loved it immediately because of the growth potential and competitive environment.
What do you enjoy most about your work?
I most enjoy seeing the satisfaction in team members’, referral partners’, and customers’ faces or hearing it in their voices. I love serving the greater good and recognizing that rewards come after you have helped serve you community.
What are 3 words past clients would use to describe you?
Communicative, helpful, detail-oriented.
What excites you most about life?
Seeing my family and friends healthy, happy, and safe in a thriving/growing environment.
How do you give back to your community?
I volunteer through Denton County Friends of the Family, which helps survivors of domestic violence through various marketing events. I typically sponsor or donate through other various causes in our surrounding area throughout the year as well. We give every customer a true shot at building a plan for homeownership, even if they do not qualify at the moment, through coaching and mentoring.
How do you enjoy spending your free time?
When I'm not working or with my family, I’m enjoying great food, movies, shows, sports, or shopping. My hobbies include the outdoors - hunting or fishing. I love those, but my wife and daughter only like to join me in that every so often.
